I rebuilt the Blueprint from the ground up

After working with my latest cohort of guys, I've made some big changes based on all I've learned.

This whole thing started last year when I put together a simple quick-start blueprint to help men lead their families better. It was a ten minute read that provided some immediate wins.

Now, a year after working closely with dozens of guys primarily through "30 day Sprints", I've used those learnings, my own experience along with research and best practices to formalize The Family Leadership System. The system is a practical, step-by-step approach that meets you where you are and gives you a clear path forward in fatherhood, marriage, and family leadership.

I've laid the entire system out in the new Family Leadership Blueprint.

The Blueprint lays out every step clearly. It's a full-length book's worth of content compressed to about an hour read. The Sprint and Deep Dive Guides go further with the stories, coaching, and implementation detail that the Blueprint intentionally leaves room for.

This Blueprint is the document I wish someone had handed me ten years ago when I was sitting in my garage realizing I had operating systems for everything except the thing that mattered most. Six years of building, testing, getting it wrong, and refining first in my own family, then alongside other fathers. This stuff has changed my marriage and the way I'm showing up for my kids. I want other guys to experience the same.

Again, here's the Blueprint. It's free and I want you to be the first to have it.

Two asks.

First, if there's a man in your life who needs this — a friend, a brother, a colleague who you know cares about his family but hasn't built a system for leading it — send it to him. Not with a pitch. Just with a note: "I've been reading this and thought you might find it interesting."

Second, if there's something in the Blueprint that really resonates with you or something that you struggle with or are skeptical about, I'd love your feedback. Everything in there is backed with a level of research and experience. And still, there are ideas that are always being refined.

Thanks for being a part of a small, core group that's building something meaningful.
